Or add 2.5%-3% of oils into a massage oil or add 5 to 60 drops essential oils dilute in bath salt, milk or carrier oils, mix well and add into warm water for bath or foot bath.

Precautions : Since essential oil is non-soluble in water, must dilute before use for massage or bath. For children, essential oil should be kept as low as 0.5% to dilute.
