Description
Grapeseed oil, botanical name Vitis Vinifera extract from seeds by cold pressed. The grapeseed is tiny and hard with a very low oil yield that is nearly impossible to extract through cold pressure. Even though grapeseed oil is extracted with heat and solvents, it has been a good choice for aromatherapy and massage. It has a nice slip lubricant quality and no scent, so it carriers delicate floral essential oils without altering their fragrance. Grapeseed oil is high in vitamin E, which makes it very stable, and it retains traces of Oligo Proanthocyanidin (OPC), an intense free radical scavenger and antioxidant that has an antiaging affect.
It has moisturizing and nourishing properties due to its high linoleic acid contect. It is the fixed oil obtained by pressing grapeseeds. The color in oil is almost colourless or pale green. Contains minerals, protein, lecithin, vitamins B1, B3, B5, C, E and F. It can used for all skin and can be used 100 percent.
